As all our products are "made-to-measure", the procedure is as follows:

You make the initial contact, outlining your requirements
We send you a confirmation email asking for details
When details are finalised we send you an invoice via PayPal
(You do not need a PayPal account - you can pay by Visa etc if you prefer)
When the invoice is paid, we will ship the goods to you or deliver personally if you live nearby
When you receive the goods, please email us to confirm that you are satisfied

Payment through PayPal gives you (and us) complete security.
